Add mention of result option

Linting/Nodeunit changes:
1. Switch back to eslintrc;
2. Move test helper JS to own directory;
3. Add eslint as dev dependency (to work with eslint-cli)
4. Avoid build step with nodeunit
5. Lint CHANGES markdown with better config
