This updates the cache to one created from the RS2MR project. This should bring more accurate maps to the runejs project. Some review of the maps and some changes are still to be made in the future, and I will update accordingly when the time comes, but for now this looks pretty good.
Original maps are still encrypted, so we also updated the XTEA keys for those.
There were some object spawns for Lumbridge castle bank upstairs, which is now accurately created, and so those spawns were removed.
