How We Work

Our process is structured, transparent, and built to deliver reliable, production-ready systems with minimal risk and clear expectations.

1. Intake & Initial Review
   You submit the intake form with project details. This allows us to evaluate scope, goals, and overall fit before moving forward.
2. Discovery Call
   We align on objectives, requirements, timeline, and technical direction to ensure clarity before any work begins.
3. Scope, Pricing & Agreements
   A scoped recommendation and project pricing are provided. If aligned, we finalize the Statement of Work (SOW), with MSA and NDA included if required.
4. Project Kickoff
   Work begins upon approval and a 50% upfront payment. Timeline and execution plan are locked in.
5. Build & Progress
   Development proceeds in structured phases with optional milestone check-ins for validation, feedback, and controlled iteration.
6. Delivery & Completion
   The system is delivered, tested, and finalized. The remaining 50% balance is due upon delivery.
7. Deployment (Optional)
   If needed, deployment is handled, including hosting setup, domain connection, and production configuration.
