Terms and Conditions
I. General Terms
1. Subject of the Service
The Platform provides SaaS (Software as a Service) tools enabling the dynamic generation of the WebMCP (Web Model Context Protocol) interface for AI Agents, analytics of their behavior, and A/B testing of WebMCP configurations. The Service Provider declares that it is not the creator of the WebMCP standard, but merely provides the technical infrastructure for its implementation on Users' websites.
2. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: "Terms") set out the rules for using the Platform, as well as the rights and obligations of the Service Provider and Users. Use of the Service requires full acceptance of the Terms. Failure to accept any part of the Terms results in the inability to use the Service.
3. Target Group (Businesses and Consumers)
The Service is directed to both entrepreneurs and consumers within the meaning of applicable laws, subject to separate provisions relating exclusively to one of these groups (e.g., regarding the limitation of liability).
4. Eligibility and Age Restrictions
The Service is intended exclusively for users who have reached the age of eighteen (18). By using the Platform, the User represents and warrants that they are at least 18 years old and possess full legal capacity. The Service is not directed to children under 13 years of age (in the USA) or under 16 years of age (in the EU/EEA). The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal data from children. In the event of obtaining information that such data has been collected without verifiable parental consent, the Service Provider will take steps to delete it immediately.
5. Reviews and Their Verification
Reviews, if any are presented, are published exclusively by Platform subscribers. We verify the subscription status based on the email address associated with the review prior to its publication.
II. Definitions of the Service and WebMCP Standard
1. Operator and Platform
The Service Provider and owner of the conscriba.com platform (hereinafter: "Platform" or "Conscriba") is Michał Majka Neurogrine NIP: 6772308416, REGON: 356828551, address: ul. Armii Krajowej 7/14, 30-150 Kraków, Poland (hereinafter: "Service Provider"). Contact with the Service Provider is made via the e-mail address: [email protected] or the contact form available on the website. The Platform is a SaaS-type system available under the conscriba.com domain and through dedicated extensions and libraries (in particular WordPress, Shopify, NPM), by means of which the User manages access for AI Agents.
2. WebMCP Standard (Web Model Context Protocol)
A technical standard enabling the mapping of website structure and website functionalities in a way understandable to AI Agents. Conscriba provides only the tools (infrastructure) for the implementation of this standard on the User's website and is not the creator, owner, or entity responsible for the development of the WebMCP protocol itself.
3. AI Agents
Third-party automated software systems (e.g., LLM models, OpenAI crawlers, Anthropic, Google Gemini) that interact with the User's website via a generated interface. AI Agents are external entities. Conscriba does not control their behavior, decisions, or the way they interpret data.
4. User and Subscription
A User is a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit using the Platform in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. A Subscription is a paid service providing access to the full functionality of the Platform (including analytics and A/B testing) for a specified period of time.
5. Context Data and Interface
Context Data are information and parameters sent by the User to WebMCP tools in order to serve AI Agents. The WebMCP Interface is a dynamically generated technical layer that presents this data to AI Agents in a structured manner.
6. Model Providers and AI Accuracy
The User acknowledges that the Platform only "translates" the website content into the WebMCP standard. Conscriba is not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or errors (so-called hallucinations) of AI models provided by third parties (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic). The manner in which an AI Agent uses the data provided by the WebMCP interface lies entirely outside the control and responsibility of the Service Provider.
III. Technical Conditions and Integration Rules
1. System Requirements
To use the Conscriba Customer Panel, it is necessary to have a device with Internet access and a current version of a web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) with cookies and JavaScript enabled. The Service Provider does not guarantee the correct operation of the Platform on outdated or unofficial browsers.
2. Implementation Methods and Updates
The Service Provider provides various methods for integrating the WebMCP interface with the User's website, which may include, among others, dedicated scripts (Code Snippets), programming libraries (e.g., NPM), and plugins for CMS and e-commerce systems. The current list of available integration methods and supported platforms is published directly on the Platform's website. A User using the provided solutions (in particular plugins and library packages) is obliged to regularly update them to the latest versions. The Service Provider reserves the right to issue updates and withdraw support for selected integration methods to ensure the security and stability of the Service.
3. Responsibility for Installation and Technical Conflicts
The User bears sole responsibility for the correct installation of the code or plugin. The Service Provider is not responsible for technical conflicts between the Conscriba code and other User scripts, themes, or plugins, nor for their impact on performance (e.g., loading speed) and the display of the website. The code is provided on an "as is" basis.
4. Indexing Mechanism (Crawling)
In order to generate the WebMCP interface, the Conscriba system performs periodic indexing of the User's website. By adding a website to the Platform, the User consents to its indexing by the Conscriba bot, regardless of instructions in the robots.txt file. The frequency of indexing depends on the selected Subscription Plan.
5. Technical Maintenance and Availability
The Service Provider has the right to temporarily suspend the availability of the Customer Panel for maintenance purposes. Users will be informed of planned breaks in advance (e.g., via a message inside the Platform), whenever possible in a given technical situation.
6. Integrations with Third-Party Platforms (Shopify, WordPress, etc.)
Using plugins on third-party platforms requires acceptance of their terms and conditions. The Service Provider is not responsible for changes in the policies, architecture, or APIs of third-party platforms (e.g., sudden changes in the Shopify API) that may affect the operation or limit the functionality of the Conscriba integration.
7. Security on the User's Side
The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all API keys, identifiers (IDs), and login data associated with their account and the WebMCP implementation. Any actions performed using the User's keys will be attributed directly to them.
IV. Account Registration and Security
1. Requirements and Legal Capacity
The User must have full legal capacity. Pursuant to the provisions of Section I of these Terms and Conditions, the Service is intended exclusively for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. The Service Provider does not knowingly direct its offer to children (under 13 in the USA and under 16 in the EU/EEA) and reserves the right to delete an Account if a violation of these age thresholds is identified.
2. Authorization Methods and Account Access
Registration takes place by providing an e-mail address and password or by using a Social Login service (Google, LinkedIn, GitHub). The User undertakes to provide true and accurate data. The Account is personal in nature and sharing login credentials with third parties is prohibited. In the case of business entities, the person authorized to represent the User is responsible for all actions performed on the account.
3. Security Liability
The User bears sole responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of their access data. All operations performed using the User's login and password (or an associated Social Login account) will be attributed directly to them. The User is obliged to immediately inform Conscriba of any suspected security breach or unauthorized access to the account.
4. Verification of Legal Title to Domains
The User represents and warrants that they hold legal title or appropriate authorization for the websites they integrate with the Service. Conscriba reserves the right to verify domain ownership at any time (e.g., via a TXT record, an HTML file, or another technical method). Failure to complete a successful verification entitles the Service Provider to block support for the given domain within the Platform.
5. Right to Suspend and Delete Account (Discretionary Rights)
The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or permanently delete a User's account if they violate the provisions of the Terms and Conditions, provisions of law (including international cybersecurity regulations), or act in a manner that threatens the integrity of Conscriba's infrastructure. In the event of gross violations, the account may be blocked without prior notice.
V. Rules of Use and Payment
1. Subscription Model
The service is provided based on a recurring subscription model (monthly or annual). Use of the Paid Plan begins after a successful payment has been made.
2. Merchant of Record (Creem)
The entity responsible for payment processing, tax settlements (VAT, Sales Tax, GST), and issuing invoices is Creem (Estonia), acting as an authorized reseller (Merchant of Record). By making a purchase, the User enters into a sales agreement directly with Creem under the terms and conditions specified by that operator. Conscriba provides the technical execution of the service.
3. Prices and Currencies
Prices provided in the Price List are net prices. The final amount to be paid may be increased by value-added tax (VAT/Sales Tax) applicable to the User's country of residence or seat, in accordance with the regulations handled by Creem. Payments are processed in currencies supported by the MoR (typically USD or EUR). The Service Provider is not responsible for additional fees, currency conversion commissions, or transaction fees charged by the User's bank.
4. Automatic Renewal and Payment Errors
The subscription is renewed automatically at the end of each billing period using the payment method stored in the MoR system. In the event of an automatic charge failure (e.g., insufficient funds on the card), the MoR will make subsequent attempts to charge the payment method. In the event of a persistent lack of payment, access to paid features will be suspended until the outstanding amount is settled.
5. Plan Change (Upgrade/Downgrade)
A plan upgrade occurs immediately after paying the price difference. A plan downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The Service Provider does not refund the price difference in the event of a resignation from a higher plan during its term.
6. Information on Discounts (Omnibus Directive)
In the event of presenting a reduction in the subscription price, the Service Provider shall, in each case, state the lowest price for that service that was in effect during the 30-day period prior to the introduction of the discount alongside the promotional price.
VI. Return and Cancellation Policy (No-Refund Policy)
1. Nature of the Service and Immediate Benefits
The User acknowledges that the Conscriba Service consists of providing digital content and analytical tools that are not recorded on a tangible medium. Due to the immediate benefit gained (access to WebMCP generation, analytics, and A/B testing), access to the Service begins immediately upon payment and Account activation.
2. Withdrawal from the Agreement (EU/UK Consumers)
In accordance with consumer rights regulations, the right of withdrawal from the agreement within 14 days does not apply to the provision of digital content if the performance has begun with the consumer's express consent before the expiry of that period. By accepting the Terms and Conditions and activating a paid plan, the User gives express consent to the immediate commencement of the Service and acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal.
3. No-Refund Policy
All payments made are final and non-refundable. The Service Provider does not offer refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods, unused crawling limits, or in the event of cancellation of the Service during a billing cycle. Exceptions are technical errors on the part of the Service Provider preventing the use of the Service for a period longer than 48 hours, which are considered individually through a complaint process.
4. Subscription Cancellation Procedure
The User may cancel the subscription at any time via the "Billing" / "Subscription" tab. Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, paid features remain active until the end of the paid period, after which the account is automatically switched to the Free Plan (which involves limit restrictions and reduced data access).
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
All payment-related disputes should be reported first to Conscriba or Creem support. The unjustified initiation of a chargeback procedure will result in the immediate and permanent blocking of the User's Account and the transfer of debt data to external collection agencies.
VII. Intellectual Property and Data (Business Intelligence)
1. User Content Ownership and Technical License
The User retains all intellectual property rights to the content of their website (Content). By implementing the Service, the User grants the Service Provider a limited, technically necessary license to access this content (crawling) solely for the purpose of generating and maintaining the WebMCP interface.
2. Definition of AI Metadata (Machine Data)
AI Metadata (Metadata) are considered technical and statistical information generated during AI Agents' interactions with the WebMCP interface (e.g., User-Agent, timestamps, query volume). These data do not constitute personal data and are used by Conscriba for statistical purposes and the construction of global Business Intelligence reports, which the User accepts.
3. Data and Processing License
The User grants the Service Provider an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, and transferable license to collect, store, and process AI Metadata. This license includes the right to create derivative works in the form of aggregated data sets, analyses, trends, and statistical reports.
4. Business Intelligence Intellectual Property (Trade Secret)
The Service Provider is the sole owner of all studies, databases, and reports created based on aggregated AI Metadata ("BI Products"). These products constitute a protected Trade Secret within the meaning of EU Directive 2016/943 and the American DTSA (Defend Trade Secrets Act) and UTSA regulations. The User is not entitled to any remuneration in this regard.
5. Suggestions and Opinions License (Feedback License)
The User grants the Service Provider a voluntary, perpetual, and royalty-free license to use any suggestions, opinions, or ideas regarding the improvement of the Platform ("Feedback") provided to the Service Provider. Conscriba may use this Feedback for the development of the Service without any financial obligations to the User.
6. Anonymization and Security
The Service Provider guarantees that BI Products will be created in a manner that prevents the identification of specific natural persons (no PII). Upon request in Enterprise plans, the Service Provider ensures industry aggregation that prevents the identification of the User's specific website in public reports.
VIII. Analytics and A/B Testing
1. Analytics Functionality and Proprietary Algorithms
The Platform provides an analytical module presenting data regarding the interactions of AI Agents with the WebMCP interface on the User's Website. This data is generated based on the Service Provider's proprietary algorithms monitoring machine traffic. The Service Provider stipulates that due to the specific nature of AI Agent behavior and the traffic masking techniques they use (e.g., proxies, lack of User-Agent header), this data is estimated and may deviate from the User's actual server logs or data from other analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
2. A/B Testing Mechanism and Variant Rotation
The A/B Testing feature allows the User to simultaneously expose several variants of tool descriptions (Tools), metadata, or instructions for AI Agents in order to study their effectiveness and conversion. The Service Provider is responsible solely for the technical serving of the defined variants. Variants are assigned to AI Agents randomly or in accordance with the rotation algorithms currently available in the Panel.
3. No Guarantee of Performance
The Service Provider does not guarantee that conducting A/B Tests will lead to improved website visibility for AI Agents, an increase in the number of interactions, or improved sales. Test results are dependent on the autonomous algorithms of third parties (AI model creators), over which the Service Provider has no influence.
4. Data Storage and Retention of Analytical Data
The retention period for detailed analytical data (data retention) is strictly dependent on the selected Subscription Plan. Upon expiration of a paid subscription or after the retention period has elapsed, the Service Provider has the right to permanently delete detailed analytical data, retaining only aggregated data for Business Intelligence purposes.
5. Prohibition of Result Manipulation
It is prohibited to generate artificial AI Agent traffic for the purpose of manipulating analytical results or A/B tests. Detection of such activities may result in the immediate blocking of the account without the right to a refund of any fees paid.
IX. Rights, Obligations, and Acceptable Use
1. User Rights and Obligations
The User has the right to use the Platform in accordance with its intended purpose. The User undertakes to:
- Accuracy of data: Provide up-to-date and true identification data.

- Legality of source: Ensure they possess all rights to the content of the website on which they implement the WebMCP interface.
2. Status of the Service Provider as a Technical Provider
The Service Provider acts solely as a technical infrastructure provider (SaaS). The Service Provider does not modify, edit, or approve content published by the User on their websites. The User acknowledges that they bear full and exclusive responsibility for all actions taken using the Service, including their compliance with local and international law.
3. Prohibitions: Phishing, Scam, and Abuse
The User is strictly prohibited from using the Service and implementing the WebMCP interface on websites that involve:
- Phishing and Extortion: Use for illegal data acquisition, including passwords, login data, payment card numbers, PESEL/SSN, or other sensitive personal data.
- Financial Fraud (Scams): Promotion of get-rich-quick schemes, pyramid schemes, unauthorized fundraising, fraudulent investment offers, including illegal cryptocurrency and NFT offers, and other misleading activities for financial gain.
- Impersonation: Pretending to be official websites of government institutions, banks, law enforcement agencies, well-known brands, or public figures to mislead AI Agents or end users.
- Malicious Software (Malware): Distribution of or facilitation of access to viruses, Trojan horses, ransomware, spyware, or other harmful code.
- Spam Automation: Use of the WebMCP interface to generate bulk, unsolicited communication or manipulate search engine and LLM results contrary to their terms of service.
- Infrastructure Exploitation: Attempts to test vulnerabilities, scan, or breach the security of the Conscriba Platform without express consent.
4. Illegal Content and Notice and Takedown Procedure
The User undertakes not to implement the Service, generate the WebMCP interface, or process through the Platform any content that involves:
- Hate Speech and Violence: Promotion of hatred, discrimination, harassment, violence, self-harm, terrorism, or extremism.
- Intellectual Property Infringements: Violations of copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights of third parties.
- Sensitive and Erotic Content: Pornographic or graphic materials or promotion of sexual services, unless agreed otherwise in a separate Enterprise contract.
- AI Harmfulness (Model Misalignment): Content contradicting the usage policies of leading AI model providers that could expose Conscriba's infrastructure to being blocked.
Upon obtaining information about a violation via a third-party report, law enforcement, or internal audit, the Service Provider reserves the right to take the following steps at its own discretion, without prior notice:
- Immediate and permanent blocking of the WebMCP interface generation for the specified domain or all of the User's domains.
- Deletion of the User Account along with all analytical data without the right to a refund of paid funds.
- Cooperation with Authorities: Providing necessary data, including access logs and content, to relevant law enforcement agencies if the violation is criminal in nature or threatens public safety.
5. Total Indemnification
The User agrees to defend, assume responsibility for, and indemnify the Service Provider (as well as its employees and associates) from any and all liability for claims, losses, damages, penalties, and costs (including reasonable legal fees and representation costs) resulting from the User's unlawful actions, violation of legal regulations, violation of third-party rights, or content and data transmitted by the User via the Platform.
6. Copyright Agent and Reporting Violations (DMCA / DSA)
If you believe that any content generated or displayed through our Service infringes your intellectual property rights, please notify our designated Copyright Agent at [email protected]. Your notice must include: (1) a signature; (2) identification of the infringed work; (3) identification of the infringing material; (4) your contact info; (5) a statement of good faith; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate. For EU users, this serves as the notice and action mechanism under the Digital Services Act (DSA).
X. Limitation of Liability and Warranties
1. As Is Nature of the Service and Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. THE SERVICE PROVIDER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
2. Disclaimer of Liability for AI Agents
The Service Provider provides only a technical communication interface (WebMCP). The Service Provider is not responsible for:
- The actions, decisions, interpretative errors, or so-called hallucinations of external AI Agents, including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google models.
- The manner in which an AI Agent indexes the User's website or whether it takes any desired actions on it at all.
- Substantive accuracy of data: The User bears sole responsibility for the descriptions of their tools and the instructions provided to AI Agents, including approved or published AI suggestions.
3. Limitation of Damages (Indirect & Consequential Damages)
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for lost profits, loss of data, business interruptions, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, even if informed of the possibility of such damages.
4. Financial Limits of Liability (Cap on Liability)
The total liability of the Service Provider toward a non-consumer User (B2B) for all claims is limited to the amount actually paid by the User to the Service Provider (or MoR) during the 6 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
5. Force Majeure and Standard Changes (WebMCP)
The Service Provider is not responsible for the non-performance of services resulting from force majeure (e.g., internet outages, DDoS attacks, changes in AI regulations). Since WebMCP is a standard developed by third parties (e.g., Google), the Service Provider reserves the right to modify functions in line with changes to the standard, which does not constitute improper performance of the agreement.
6. Class Action Waiver
To the extent permitted by law, all claims will be resolved exclusively on an individual basis. The User waives the right to participate in class actions against the Service Provider or its partners (including the MoR).
XI. Personal Data and Privacy
1. Data Controller and Processing Purposes
The Service Provider is the controller of the Users' personal data. Data (e-mail, first name, last name, data from social media profiles) are processed for the purpose of: (a) providing the SaaS Service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); (b) payment execution by the Merchant of Record (Creem); (c) technical and marketing communication (with consent); and (d) ensuring security and detecting abuse (e.g., phishing).
2. Third-Party Data (User's Website Visitors)
Conscriba technology is designed not to identify natural persons visiting the User's website. To the extent that the snippet processes IP addresses solely for the purpose of filtering human traffic from machine traffic, the Service Provider acts as a Processor on behalf of the User (the Controller), in accordance with the DPA (Data Processing Addendum) attached to the Terms and Conditions.
3. Exclusion of AI Metadata (Machine Data)
The User acknowledges that data regarding AI Agents (e.g., bot User-Agent, machine query patterns, language model identifiers) do not constitute personal data, as they do not relate to an identified natural person. The Service Provider has the right to the unrestricted processing and monetization of this data in an aggregated form.
4. Entrustment of Processing (DPA) and Prohibition of Data Sale
Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions by a business User is equivalent to concluding a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) available at conscriba.com/dpa. The Service Provider declares that it does not sell the personal data of Users or their customers to third parties (in accordance with CCPA/CPRA requirements).
5. Transfers Outside the EEA (USA / UK)
In the event of using sub-processors from outside the European Economic Area (e.g., cloud infrastructure in the USA), the Service Provider guarantees the use of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) or other mechanisms (e.g., UK Addendum) ensuring the degree of protection required by EU and UK law.
XII. Liability and Governing Law
1. Disclaimer of Liability for AI Agents (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic)
The Platform provides only the technical infrastructure compatible with the WebMCP standard. The Service Provider does not exercise control over the algorithms, indexing methods, or decision-making logic of external AI Agents. The Service Provider is not responsible for errors, so-called hallucinations, false information, or harmful interpretations of data generated by these entities. The risk of making tools available via WebMCP rests solely with the User.
2. Limitation of Liability Toward Entrepreneurs (B2B)
To the widest extent permitted by law, the Service Provider's liability toward Entrepreneurs (including natural persons concluding an agreement directly in connection with their business activity) is limited to the total amount actually paid to the Service Provider (or MoR) during the 12-month period preceding the damage. The Service Provider is not liable for lost profits, loss of data, or indirect damages.
3. Liability Toward Consumers (B2C)
In relation to Consumers, the Service Provider bears liability on the terms set out in the mandatory legal provisions of the consumer's country of residence (including EU directives on digital content). The provisions of these Terms and Conditions do not limit the statutory rights of consumers that cannot be excluded by agreement.
4. Service Provision Model and Warranty (SLA)
The service is provided on an "As Is" basis. The Service Provider does not provide a guarantee regarding 100% availability of the Service or its compatibility with all future versions of AI Agents. The Service Provider reserves the right to planned technical breaks, of which it will inform in advance within the Platform.
5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- For Entrepreneurs: The governing law is Polish law. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the common court having jurisdiction over the seat of the Service Provider in Kraków.
- For Consumers: The governing law is Polish law, which does not deprive the consumer of the protection granted to them in the state of their habitual residence. The consumer may bring an action before the court competent for their seat or before a Polish court.
6. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution (ODR)
A User who is a consumer has the possibility of using out-of-court methods of handling complaints, including through the EU ODR platform available at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
XIII. Final Provisions and Amendments to the Terms
1. Amendments to the Terms and Notifications
The Service Provider reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions for important reasons (e.g., changes in regulations, evolution of the WebMCP standard, introduction of new features). The User will be informed of changes via e-mail or through a message in the Customer Panel at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes their acceptance. Users who do not accept the changes have the right to terminate the agreement with effect at the end of the current billing period.
2. Severability Clause
If any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions are found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or administrative body, this does not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. In place of the invalid provision, legal provisions closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision shall apply.
3. No Waiver
A delay or failure by the Service Provider to enforce any right resulting from the Terms and Conditions does not constitute a waiver of that right in the future and does not deprive the Service Provider of the possibility of taking action in the event of subsequent violations.
4. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and DPA, constitute the entire agreement between the User and the Service Provider. Any oral arrangements or previous correspondence have no binding force unless confirmed in writing under penalty of nullity.
5. Assignment of Rights
The Service Provider has the right to transfer its rights and obligations resulting from these Terms and Conditions to another entity (e.g., in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of the enterprise), of which it will inform the Users. The User may not transfer their rights to third parties without the consent of the Service Provider.
6. Language and Precedence of Interpretation
The official language of these Terms and all communications is English. Translations into other languages may be provided for convenience only. In the event of any discrepancy, the English version shall prevail, provided that this shall not deprive EU consumers of any mandatory protection granted to them by the laws of their country of residence, including the right to receive information in their local language where required by law.
