About DebugCanada

Waiting is the hardest part of the immigration journey.

DebugCanada was built for the people refreshing their inbox, piecing together timelines from forum threads, and wondering if they're falling behind. We wanted to give them somewhere to find real data — where others actually are, how long things are really taking, and the reassurance that they're not alone in this.

We're a small independent team with no government affiliation and no official stance — just a genuine effort to turn Canada's public data and community knowledge into something actually useful.

What We Offer

  • NON-EE PR Processing Tracker — Daily-updated, crowdsourced timelines for non-Express Entry applicants — so you can see where things actually stand, not just what the official estimate says.
  • EE Timeline Database — Real FD, P1, P2, and eCOPR milestone data submitted by Express Entry applicants. You're not waiting alone — here's the proof.
  • Processing Time Estimator — Tell us where you are in the process, and we'll estimate how far you are from the next milestone based on community data.
  • Immigration Score Calculators — Express Entry CRS scores, BC PNP and OINP Skills Immigration scoring, and historical invitation cut-off trends — so you know where you stand.
  • Canada Layoffs Database — If you're thinking about switching jobs, changing industries, or just want to understand what's happening in the Canadian job market, this tracks layoffs across sectors — sourced from public news, company disclosures, and government announcements, via layoffscanada.com.

Where the Data Comes From

Some of it comes from government sources (IRCC, BC PNP, OINP, and others). A lot of it comes from people in the community who chose to share their own experiences after going through the process — so that the next person would have something to go on.

We do our best to keep things accurate, but for anything that matters, please verify with official sources before making decisions.
