actually matters.

How we work
Built for people who
like to ship.
Fully Remote
Work from anywhere in the world. We're async-first and built around distributed teams no mandatory hours, no office politics.
Move Fast
Small team, big impact. No bureaucracy, no six-week approval chains. If you have a good idea, ship it.
Open Source First
Everything we build is public. You'll work on software used and seen by thousands of developers worldwide.
Real Contracts
Not gig work. Every role comes with a real employment or contractor agreement, documented terms, and reliable pay.
