Where do I get help with FeatherPanel?

Discord is the fastest route. Free users get community support; Cloud subscribers get priority tickets; Enterprise customers get a dedicated engineer.

How do I report a security vulnerability?

Email [email protected] with a detailed description. Please do not open a public GitHub issue. We aim to acknowledge reports within 24 hours.

I have a billing question about the Cloud plan.

Log into cloud.mythical.systems and use the support portal there. Alternatively, email [email protected] with your account details.

Can I request a feature?

Yes open a GitHub issue tagged as a feature request, or post in the #suggestions channel on Discord. We review every request and the community can upvote.
