* Added DockerExamples.XConnect.Model which contains custom xConnect model and facet
* Added DockerExamples.XConnect which facilitates the build and publish of xConnect artifacts and also includes required xConnect config files
* Added App.XConnect.ModelBuilder to auto-generate xConnect model JSON files
* Added App.XConnect.Demo which adds a test contact with our custom model and facet
*  xConnect model artifacts (dll, model json, config patches) copied out appropriately for every role (both XP0 and XP1) in individual runtime Dockerfiles per spreadsheet: https://sitecore.app.box.com/file/669983672021
