LGTM

We should probably do another rebuild after the one you triggered has succeeded, since building in /tmp doesn't trigger the test failure I think. Probably worth doing, even if we disable the test (theoretically at least)

We need to rebuild configure (and therefore add a Perl builddependency). See 786cf3f and the build failure in #24481 (comment)
