Time for some cleanup...
This PR removes the easyconfigs that were archived for the EasyBuild v3.0 release (see #3725, #3728, #3729, #3730, #3731, #3732, #3733, #3735, #3736, #3737, #3738).
Before the EasyBuild v4.0 release, we'll archive a bunch of now obsolete easyconfigs, including the ones using a deprecated toolchain (cfr. https://easybuild.readthedocs.io/en/latest/Deprecated-easyconfigs.html#deprecated-toolchains).
