same remark here as in #1072: should be gmpich since nothing is specific to Parastation here?

I've updated things so that generic patterns are created first and then wrapped with ParaStation specific extras.

@ocaisa: Likewise, we need easyconfigs to test this, i.e. an HPL easyconfig for gpsolf and everything below. Looks fine otherwise.

The approach taken here w.r.t. gmpich is also better than the changes done by @geimer in #1101 (in which gmpich2 is replaced by gmpich).

@boegel: Since @ocaisa was adding a new toolchain, there was no point in removing an existing one. But just in case you missed it: gmpich2 is back in #1101 ;-)
