Saša has been an integral part of NiceHash since 2017, serving as Senior backend lead engineer, Chief Technology Officer, Head of Operations, and Chief Executive Officer. With a wealth of experience in software engineering, blockchain, and related technologies, Saša has been instrumental in driving innovation and growth at NiceHash. Saša is an active advocate of the Lightning network, demonstrating a keen interest in its integration and exploring future use cases.

Martina has been serving as Chief Financial Officer since joining NiceHash in 2015, where she also leads Accounting and Financial Planning and analysis. As a graduate mathematician with specialized training in taxation and finance, she brings a keen ability to evaluate investment returns, optimize the company’s capital structure, and oversee the strategic management of its income and expenses.

Filip is the Director of NiceHash AG and a member of the management board, where he oversees strategic initiatives and drives the company’s vision forward. With a robust background in law, he has been a member of the Slovenian Bar Organization since 2012 and previously served as Head of the Legal Department at NiceHash since 2017. Filip is an expert in the legal aspects of IT technologies, blockchain integrations, and online services, bringing a wealth of knowledge to his role.

Urban joined NiceHash in 2022 as Finance and Financial Infrastructure Advisor to the Board of Directors. He began his career in the financial industry at Raiffeisen Bank and later served as Regional Head of Corporate Banking at both Sberbank and Sparkasse. Today, he leads two NiceHash subsidiaries and oversees Operations, AML, Human Resources, and Marketing at the group level.

Simon, a financial industry veteran with over 20 years of experience, has been a key player at NiceHash since 2017. As the Key Account Manager for Hashrate buyers, he fosters strong relationships with our valued clients. Additionally, as the Product Manager for NiceHash Pay, he drives innovation and ensures a seamless user experience. His career progression from Head of Customer Support highlights his commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Marko is NiceHash’s Mining Manager and Key Account Manager for Sellers of Hashrate. He started mining back in 2012. In 2016 he managed a 200kW mining farm before joining NiceHash in early 2018. His mining motto: “I’ve got 99 problems, a bad riser is all of them”.
