What is EasyMining

EasyMining is the ‘original’ concept of mining. You validate blocks of cryptocurrency transactions with your own computing power and get a reward for your ‘work’. But mining has evolved so much that now very large ‘pools’ (groups of computing power) make it much harder for miners to mine a block on their own, since you are competing against much larger operations, and they split the rewards among all their miners.

But what if you could summon up hashrate on demand and use it to mine?

Mine your own block

Why EasyMining

This is exactly what NiceHash does. We provide the hashrate of other miners so that you can use it to try and mine a block yourself, meaning you potentially get the whole block reward, and do not have to share it with anyone!

FAQ

What is actually happening behind the scenes?
You are buying computing power in order to validate transactions of cryptocurrency in a process called ‘mining’. Read how cryptocurrency mining works here.
What is the probability?
Each package will tell you the probability, as well as the potential reward amount compared to the package price. See how the probability is calculated in this article.
Why do I have to wait up to 4 hours?
The packages are set for a certain amount of hashrate over a set period of time, in order to give you the best chance of success and keep things simple.
Can I mine more than one block with the same package?
Yes! As your package is fixed over a period of time, it’s possible that you will validate several blocks.
Is there a limit to the number of packages I can buy?
No, you can buy as many packages as you want while supply lasts, in fact the more you buy, the higher the probability you have to mine a block!
How do I know if I found a block?
Your package will change color and say ‘Mined a block’ and you will also be able to see it on the package graph. Read more about what the graph means and what your package is doing here.
What happens if I ‘Mined a Block’?
This means you have successfully validated a block of transactions with the hashrate package you bought, and will receive the reward. Note that you will need to wait for the reward transaction (being sent to you) to be confirmed by another miner, which can take a little time, before it can be claimed to your wallet.
Why are there no more packages available?
This means there is not enough hashrate to fill your order, so you can just try again later.
Can I cancel a package after I purchase it?
Yes, you can cancel a package at any time and the remaining time/amount left will be refunded.
What happens if I don't mine any blocks?
Nothing happens, you can buy another package and try again. No reward is paid out.
