Welcome, and thank you for using Pacy Devtools (“Pacy,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website located at pacy.dev, our online interfaces, APIs, software tools, and all related services we provide (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
1. Access and Use
1.1. Grant of Access
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to access and use the Service for your internal purposes.
The Service may include tools that process your inputs and generate outputs automatically (“Outputs”). Outputs may be similar to outputs generated for other users.
1.2. Your Content
“Content” includes any data, code, text, files, or other materials you provide (“Inputs”) and any Outputs generated by the Service.
You represent that you have all rights necessary for us to process your Inputs in connection with providing the Service.
We may use Content to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service, and to comply with applicable law. We will not use Content to train machine-learning models unless you have explicitly opted into such use.
1.3. Outputs and Limitations
Outputs are generated using automated systems and may contain errors, omissions, biases, or inaccurate information. You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and using Outputs. You acknowledge that:
- Outputs may not be reliable or suitable for production use.
- Outputs may resemble publicly available content or content provided to others.
- You assume all risks associated with using, executing, or relying on Outputs.
1.4. Restrictions
You agree not to, and not to permit others to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the underlying components of the Service.
- Interfere with, test, probe, or disrupt the Service or its security.
- Access the Service in order to build or train a competing model or service.
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of third-party rights.
- Use automated methods to scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Service.
If you become aware of unauthorized use, you must notify us promptly.
1.5. Beta or Experimental Features
We may offer preview, experimental, or pre-release features (“Beta Features”). Beta Features are provided “as is,” may be modified or discontinued at any time, and may lack support or stability. You use them at your own risk.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or 18 years old, whichever is higher, to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that:
- You meet this age requirement.
- You have not been previously suspended from the Service.
- Your use of the Service complies with applicable law.
3. Accounts
To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information and maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you believe your account is compromised, you must contact us immediately.
4. Payment and Subscriptions

4.1. Fees

We may modify pricing at any time with reasonable notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance.

4.4. Subscriptions
If you subscribe to recurring services:
- Your subscription will renew automatically unless cancelled.
- You authorize us or our payment processor to charge your payment method on each billing cycle.
- You may cancel at any time, but cancellation may not retroactively refund payments already made.
4.5. Delinquent Accounts
If payments fail, we may suspend or terminate your access. We may also delete account data for unpaid or inactive accounts.
5. Ownership and Licenses
5.1. Service Ownership
Pacy retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all intellectual property, modifications, and improvements.
No rights are granted to you except as expressly stated in these Terms.
5.2. Your Content
You retain all rights to your Inputs. Subject to these Terms, we assign to you any rights we may have in Outputs.
By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, process, and analyze Content solely to operate and improve the Service.
5.3. Feedback
If you provide suggestions or feedback, you grant us an unrestricted, perpetual, worldwide license to use it for any purpose without compensation.
5.4. Usage Data
We may collect and analyze technical and interaction data to improve and secure the Service. Usage Data does not include your Content.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service may allow integrations or access to third-party tools or services. Your use of such services is governed by their terms, and we are not responsible for third-party tools or content.
7. Communications
We may send you important service-related emails. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect the most recent version. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
- You violate these Terms,
- We are required to do so by law,
- We discontinue part or all of the Service, or
- Payment obligations are not met.
Upon termination, we may delete data associated with your account. Some provisions of these Terms will continue to apply.
10. DMCA / Copyright Complaints
If you believe your copyright has been infringed, send a notice to [email protected] including:
- Your signature
- Description of the copyrighted work
- Location of the alleged violation
- Your contact information
- A good-faith belief statement
- A statement under penalty of perjury that your claim is accurate
We may remove content or terminate repeat infringer accounts where appropriate.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pacy Devtools and its personnel from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the Service,
- Your violation of these Terms, or
- Claims that your Content infringes the rights of others.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Accuracy or reliability of Outputs
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain disclaimers; in such cases, the disclaimer applies to the maximum extent allowed by law.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Our total liability for all claims is limited to the greater of:
- the amount you paid us in the previous six months, or
- €100.
These limitations apply regardless of legal theory and even if a remedy fails its essential purpose.
14. Dispute Resolution
14.1. Arbitration Agreement
Except where prohibited, any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration, not in court, except that you may bring individual claims in small-claims court.
You waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions.
14.2. Process
Before filing arbitration, you must send a written notice describing the dispute to:
If the parties cannot resolve the issue within 60 days, arbitration may proceed under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider.
14.3. Class Action Waiver
Disputes must be resolved on an individual basis. Class actions, representative actions, and consolidated proceedings are not permitted.
15. Miscellaneous
15.1. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Pacy regarding the Service.
15.2. Electronic Communications
By using the Service, you agree to receive electronic communications from us, which satisfy legal communication requirements.
15.3. Support
We are not obligated to provide support, though we may choose to offer it at our discretion.
15.4. Export Controls
You must comply with applicable export, import, and sanctions laws.
