Service & Transaction Data

  • Transaction history (balance changes and order records, used for dispute resolution and account management)
  • Order details (services purchased, configurations selected)
  • Support ticket content (messages and attachments, if you contact support)
  • Referral relationships (if you participate in a referral program)

Technical Information

  • IP address (retained for abuse prevention, periodically purged)
  • Browser type and user agent (for compatibility and security logging)
  • Authentication logs (used for security and abuse prevention, periodically purged)

We Do Not Collect

  • Personal identity documents (no KYC)
  • Detailed browsing history or activity logs
