Terms of Service

By accessing or using VoidMob's services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.

These Terms apply to all users of VoidMob, including those who access our SMS verification, mobile proxy, and eSIM services.

VoidMob provides the following services:

• SMS Verification: Temporary phone numbers for receiving SMS verification codes. Numbers are non-VoIP, carrier-based. Available as one-time verification or longer-term rentals.
• Mobile Proxies: Access to real mobile IP addresses from carrier networks, including rotating, dedicated, and premium proxy options. Provided for legitimate browsing, automation, and privacy protection.
• eSIM Plans: Digital SIM cards for global connectivity with instant activation. Includes initial plans and top-up options for various countries and regions.

VoidMob uses Reown (formerly WalletConnect) for secure authentication. You may sign in via:

• Crypto Wallet - Most private option, no personal information required
• Email - Traditional email-based login
• Social Login - Sign in with X (Twitter) or Google

• No KYC: We do not require ID or ask for personal identification documents.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining your account security and protecting your authentication credentials (wallet private keys, passwords, etc.).
• Third-Party Auth: By using social login options, you agree to the respective platform's terms in addition to these Terms.

You agree not to use VoidMob services for:

• Illegal activities or violations of any applicable laws
• Harassment, spam, or unsolicited communications
• Hacking, phishing, or unauthorized access to systems
• Distribution of malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Child exploitation or any content involving minors
• Copyright infringement or intellectual property theft
• Financial fraud, money laundering, or scams
• Terrorism, violence, or threats of harm

Acceptable uses include:

• Privacy protection and anonymous browsing
• Account creation and verification on legitimate platforms
• Web scraping for research or business intelligence
• Managing multiple accounts for legitimate business purposes
• International travel connectivity via eSIM
• Testing and development of web applications

• Cryptocurrency Payments: We accept cryptocurrency payments via a third-party payment processor. Supported coins include BTC, ETH, USDT, and others.
• Pricing: Prices are dynamic and may vary based on supply, demand, and provider costs. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice.
• Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.

• Store Credit: Your wallet balance is store credit denominated in USD. It is not a deposit account, bank account, or financial instrument.
• Deposits: Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to USD-denominated store credit. Deposits are non-refundable - once converted to balance, funds cannot be withdrawn back to cryptocurrency.
• Withdrawals: Wallet balance cannot be withdrawn. Only referral program earnings (if applicable) may be withdrawn via cryptocurrency, subject to referral program terms.

Refund eligibility varies by service type. Approved refunds are credited to your wallet balance, not returned to cryptocurrency. Cryptocurrency deposits themselves are non-refundable.

Certain services may auto-renew to maintain continuity:

• SMS Long-Term Rentals: May auto-renew at the end of each rental period if you have enabled the renewal option. Renewal charges are deducted from your wallet balance. If a rental is not renewed before expiration, the number may become permanently unavailable. Renewal after expiration is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.
• Proxy Services: May auto-renew if you have enabled the renewal option at the time of purchase or from your dashboard. Renewal charges are deducted from your wallet balance.

You can disable auto-renewal at any time from your dashboard. If your wallet balance is insufficient at the time of renewal, the service will expire and auto-renewal will be disabled.

VoidMob offers a referral program. Participation is subject to additional terms including commission rates, earning caps, payout thresholds, and anti-abuse policies. Referral program terms are displayed within the platform. VoidMob reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.

• Uptime: We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• Maintenance: Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.
• Rate Limits: Fair usage limits apply to prevent abuse.

• Our Content: VoidMob's platform, logo, design, and content are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
• Your Data: You retain all rights to data you transmit through our services.
• License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services.

VoidMob services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee service accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoidMob shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

• We are not responsible for content accessed through our proxies or eSIM connections
• We are not liable for delays or failures in SMS delivery by third-party carriers
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months

You agree to indemnify and hold VoidMob harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
• Your use or misuse of VoidMob services

• Your Right: You may stop using our services at any time.
• Our Right: We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or illegal activity.
• Effect: Upon termination, your access ceases immediately. Wallet balance may be forfeited if termination is due to a violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through our platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and VoidMob.
• Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remainder continues in effect.
• No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them with notice.
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
