Any ideas on what I am missing on my opt in form to get this:Rejection Code 2132: Invalid Call To Action - The instructions provided for a customer to give SMS opt-in are not sufficient?I have a place for customer name and mobile number. I have a check box agreeing to receive text at the mobile number provided. It also requires a signature. (along with consent for text messaging and opt out information, link to text privacy policy)Does the customers name and mobile number need to be in the statement with the check box instead of referencing it above?Any ideas are appreciated.

i need to set up a text message auto response

My company main number has been unable to receive ANY inbound SMS since Monday April 6th. I am an independent insurance agency. Every text I am not receiving is a potential client or existing client I am losing. This is directly costing me money every single day.I can SEND outbound SMS fine. My other number works perfectly. SMS logs show messages as 'Delivered' but they NEVER appear in any app — iPhone, desktop app, web app — nothing. All configuration is correct. Fax/SMS recipient correctly assigned. This is 100% a backend carrier-level inbound routing issue on this specific number.RingCentral support has been completely useless. I have called repeatedly, over and over, trying to get this fixed, and been told it's 'escalated', then one person emailed me and offered me an appointment on APRIL 19TH. That is 10 days away. 10 days of missed client communications. 10 days of lost sales. 10 days of a broken service I am paying for.I need an RC engineer to look at the

I just learned that a paid third-party app is required to integrate RC SMS into Zoho. I asked customer service reps from both companies if RingCentral and Zoho integrated and if I could send/rec RingCentral SMS in Zoho, and both said yes. I guess it is my fault for not asking the right question. Only telephony natively integrates.I need to figure out how to integrate RingCentral SMS into my Zoho CRM Standard account. The extensions I have found so far are expensive and require a Zoho Enterprise account and/or webhooks (not included in Zoho Standard). Does anyone have any ideas? Is RC developing an app for its customers? Zoho is a popular CRM. Thanks.

Hello RingCentral community!I am looking for some clarification for the SMS content policy.Background: We are a clinical lab that tests mainly for illicit drugs, and we use RingCentral’s SMS to discuss results with doctors and such. This type of communication in the testing world usually includes some interesting vernacular that would normally violate the SMS content policy. But, sometime last year we reached out to RingCentral to see if they would except us from the content policy (in which they have) for a few words such as “Meth” and "Heroine.”The Issue: We are trying to whitelist more words so that we can use RingCentral’s SMS (specifically “Cocaine” and “Xylazine”) without using street names like “booger sugar” and “za za” (very unprofessional). I recently received a text message soliciting me to apply for a job. How do I block the number(s) and report them as spam. The directions in help do not work. The three ellipses did not contain a Block or Block & Report Spam option. 

Hi! New-ish user here. It looks like folders can be created for “Messages” but not “Texts’ in the app. This would be helpful to organize SMS texts...for example, when a text message has been actioned so you want to move it out of the main display, but need to reference it later. The app we used previously, Texting Ninja, had an “Archive” function that did this (not to be confused with RC’s Archive function). Is there any way to accomplish this type of folder organization for texts? Is it a roadmap item? Thanks! 

How long does it typically take? I''ve added numbers and they have been sitting in Setup in Progress for 3 days. I have others that were ready almost immediately.

An employee recently ran into an issue with sending a picture via the RingCentral mobile app to another employee’s personal cell and it failed.  After about 1 ½ hours on the phone the case was escalated.  In hearing back from support today it was advised that the reason the picture failed to send was due to our TCR Registration not including MMS.  Our team does send MMS on a regular basis without any issues and am hoping this failure isn’t just the beginning of more to come. When going through the TCR process not once did it mention anything about MMS?  It took me literally a year to get my latest campaigns to successfully register which was not a pleasant process at all and for my own sanity cannot go through the process again. Have any of you run into MMS failing and support telling you it was due to your TCR Registration not including MMS?

I cannot begin to articulate my frustrations with the TCR registration process as this has been going on for OVER A YEAR. Instead, I will try to summarize mine and everyone else’s frustrations below!!I have been rejected so many times it is not even funny, and there is an application fee of $22. No one explains that you can edit current brand info so if that gets rejected you automatically think you have to pay another $22 for a new application which I did several times before I realized (with no help from ring) how to edit this myself!The reasons you get rejected are extremely vague and do not give you specifics or examples on what to use instead. You have to call an 888 number based out of India and get people on the phone who BARELY speak english and have ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA what they are doing. I have spent many hours of my time (which is valuable since I make the money) completing setups over the phone with these baseline level reps that walk you through and say it

All of the sudden today non of our sms are going through and we are getting this warning below. Anyone else having this problem? “Sorry, we're having trouble sending your message. Please try again.”

How long are text messages kept before the system deletes them? Is this based on quantity of texts or time? 

We have no need to SMS customers, we need to use RC SMS capabilities to text EMPLOYEES who are out in the field.  Is there any way around the overreaching TCR registration?  Or A simplified one for non marketing use cases?

I have the sms registration complete and approved.  How do I send a message using the templates?

for the last 36 hours I have been unable to send text messages to my customers.  My case has been escalated twice.  I finally asked for a supervisor and I was told that this is an issue with the "carrier"  Has anyone else had this issue?  How many tiers are there when it comes to customer service?    I keep getting this message after every attempt to send a text:  Sorry, we're having trouble sending your message. Please try again.

5 times customer support helped changing the languauge in terms and conditions but Ring Central is not approving it. Its keep charging $22 per request. Is it some kind of money making trick?
