It’s pretty decent since the buff.
Is it? I didn’t see it was buffed in any of the patch notes. Might have to give it a shot again.
Back when they nerfed the railgun it got a buff to armor pen, makes it less of a tickle monster.
I tried it yesterday and it seemed ok now. Didn’t get to use it enough to say how it holds up in the higher difficulties.
Then why does the incendiary keep lighting me on fire?
You might be holding it backwards.
Have you tried not shooting yourself?

Well you see, that’s your problem right there.
I don’t care for the incendiary, but I like the s&p just fine
I found it to be better than the Incendiary in most cases. Maybe it’s just my play style.
