    No! Sure, some men can be bad people, but maligning an entire group of people based on the actions of a minority subset of that group is first of all unfair and discriminatory - it’s like maligning all black people because some black people are criminals (even though there are socioeconomic reasons why even in that case), and it’s also a prime contributed to this right wing radicalisation of young men, since they see that they’re constantly called as horrible people, so they think women are hostile to them, and “why not be hostile in return?”.

    Building bridges and trying to be empathetic to people, treating them as individuals rather than stereotypes is hard, I know. But it’s how we get to a better world for all of us.
