Not only lights are important for a realistic representation of model railways, but also sounds. Since a model railway is a miniature version of a complete world, we need to use a Sound Panel to make our terrain table realistic. Unique sounds can be used for different areas (train station, industrial environment, city).
We provide the necessary microSD card in our package, which contains the default sounds. These can be modified, rearranged or expanded using a card reader: we have worked hard to make the Sound Panel play sounds related to the topic of railway modeling. We listened to many sounds and effects, tried them out. We kept more, discarded less. We provide a package of 50+ sounds, of which we have made quite a few sounds default, but we have also put the rest on the SD card. You are free to use these.
Simply place sound files in up to 6 folders, which you can link to random times, fixed buttons or external events. Random times can depend on whether it is night or day.
A sound type can contain multiple sound samples, so randomness is also achieved at the sound level. For example, if you upload three types of dog barks (two short, one long) to the folder, a different bark will be heard each time.
You can adjust the volume per folder, we recommend that ambient sounds are played at 30-40% volume. It is also important to note that the sounds should not be continuous, usually a sound played every 10-20 minutes is ideal.

Master panel
