GPAT Registration 2026 has started on 23 December 2025. The exam is conducted by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS). Students who meet the eligibility rules can apply online through the official website. The last date to fill the GPAT 2026 application form is 12 January 2026. While applying, students need to enter their personal and study details. They must also choose an exam centre and upload a photo and signature. The exam fee has to be paid online to complete the form. GPAT 2026 will be held on 7 March 2026 in computer-based mode. Admit cards will be issued only to students who complete the registration correctly.

Students must have a 4-year Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from a recognised university.
Students in the final year of this degree can also apply.
Students with a B.Tech degree in Pharmaceutical or Fine Chemical Technology are not allowed to apply.
Eligibility for Disabled Students
Students with disabilities can also apply for GPAT 2026. This includes students with vision or hearing problems, movement issues, learning difficulties, mental illness, blood disorders, long-term nerve problems, or more than one disability.

Students can download the GPAT 2026 Answer Key in PDF format to check their answers and get an idea of how they performed in the exam. The answer key helps students predict their GPAT result. Using it, candidates can also calculate their scores according to the exam’s marking scheme.
Students can use the following formula to calculate their score:
GPAT Score = (4 × Number of correct answers) – (1 × Number of wrong answers)

The GPAT 2026 cutoff is released along with the result and merit list. It shows the minimum marks a student must get to be eligible for admission. Selection is based on the marks scored and the student’s category. Students who do not meet the cutoff are not eligible for admission.
