BITSAT Registration 2026 started on 15 December at the official website admissions.bits-pilani.ac.in. BITSAT is an online entrance exam conducted by BITS Pilani for admission to its campuses in Pilani, Goa, and Hyderabad. The exam is held for undergraduate courses such as B.E., B.Pharm, and MSc programmes. The official notification and information brochure were released on 15 December 2025. Candidates can apply for Session 1 or for both sessions until 16 March 2026. BITSAT 2026 will be held in two sessions, with Session 1 from 15 to 17 April 2026 and Session 2 from 24 to 26 May 2026. Admit cards will be released before each session and must be downloaded using the application number and password.

The BITSAT Exam is a national level Engineering Entrance Exam for admissions into Integrated First Degree Programmes of BITS Pilani at Pilani Campus, K.K. Birla Goa Campus and Hyderabad campus of the Biral Institute of Technology & Sciences. BITS has announced so many dates for the upcoming events. Candidates can refer the table for the important dates and deadlines for BITSAT 2026:

BITSAT Application Form 2026

BITS Pilani has started the online registration process for the BITSAT 2026 from 15th December 2025 onwards. The BITSAT Application form, and the application process will last till 16 March 2026. The application form is available on the official website. You can follow the below steps to fill out the application form.

Step 1: Registration- To apply for BITSAT 2026, candidates must first register online at BITS Pilani. They need to provide basic details such as name, gender, date of birth, email ID, and mobile number. A registration number and login credentials will be generated for future use.

Step 2: Filling out the Application Form- After registration, candidates must complete the application form by entering their personal, academic, and contact details. They also need to select their preferred BITSAT 2026 exam cities for test center allotment.

Step 3: Uploading Scanned Documents- Candidates must upload a recent passport-size photograph and signature in JPEG/JPG format. The photograph should be between 50 KB to 100 KB, while the signature should be between 10 KB to 100 KB. Incorrect specifications may lead to rejection.

Step 4: Fee Payment- Applicants need to pay the BITSAT 2026 application fee online using PayU Money, PayTM, or ICICI Payment Gateway. The fee varies based on category and session selection. International candidates must use an international credit/debit card for payment.

Step 5: Printout of Application Form- After fee payment, candidates should download and print their filled application form and payment receipt. The unique application number must be noted for future reference, as applications sent via fax or email will not be accepted.

BITSAT 2026 Application Fees

Candidates must pay the application fees before submitting the application form. Payment can be made either online or offline. Candidates can use a debit card, credit card, or internet banking for online payment. The application fee is different for male and female candidates. Note: Candidates who apply for Session-1 only and later wish to apply for Session-2 must pay the additional fee. The application fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

BITSAT Slot Booking

After the successful filling of the BITSAT 2026 application form, the next crucial step is BITSAT Slot booking. In the slot booking process, candidates must choose the centres from Dubai or India. The Slot booking details for Session I and Session II will be updated in this space shortly.

• Candidates have to give three preferences, out of which they will be allotted one centre. Those candidates who select the Dubai centre will not have a choice of centre preference, as they will be given the Dubai centre only. 
• After this, the candidates can proceed with slot booking for the test.
• To book a slot, candidates must have the required details such as application number, DOB, Email ID, Gender, Preferable test date, and exam timing of their choice.

BITSAT Eligibility Criteria 2026

It is important to know about the BITSAT Eligibility Criteria before you apply for the BITSAT 2026 exam. The BITSAT Eligibility criteria for B.E and B.Pharma candidates are quite different.

• Candidates should have passed 10+2/equivalent exams with subjects such as Physics, Maths, Chemistry, and English.
• Candidates must have scored 75% marks in PCM or PCB. In individual subjects, the score must be 60%.
• Those who have appeared for the 12th exam are eligible to apply.

BITSAT Syllabus 2026

Before starting the preparation for the BITSAT 2026 exam, candidates must be aware of the BITSAT syllabus to know what they must study for the exam. BITSAT Result 2026

The BITSAT 2026 result dates will be shared soon by the exam authority. Candidates can check their scores through the BITSAT 2026 result. The marks will appear on the screen after the exam, but the official score will be released later. The final result will be available as a BITSAT 2026 scorecard. To download the scorecard, candidates need to log in using their application number and password. Results will be released separately for each exam session. Candidates who pass the exam will be able to take part in BITSAT 2026 counselling.

BITSAT 2026 Counseling

After the declaration of BITSAT results and cut-off marks, the counselling process will begin. The colleges will release the BITSAT Cut- Off list for admissions. There will be 5 or 6 rounds in the admission process. The college will announce the shortlisted candidates after each round. Direct admissions will be given to the candidates who have topped in the respective State Board or Central Board. They do not have to apply separately.
